Does it work with a beard or mustache?

Clean skin around the lips gives the best hold. Stubble can weaken the seal, and a full beard or mustache that covers the lip area may stop the strip from sticking properly. Trim the hair around your lips or shave a small area for a secure fit.

I have sensitive skin. Is it safe to use?

The strips use a gentle adhesive, but every man's skin is different. Test one strip on your forearm first. If you get redness or irritation, stop using it. If you have a known skin condition or adhesive allergy, check with your doctor before use.

Does it hurt to peel off?

No. Peel it slowly in the morning, starting from one corner and working across. If it feels stuck, dab a little warm water on the edge first and let it loosen. Never rip it off fast.

How many strips come in a box?

Every box holds 30 strips.

How do I use it?

Clean and dry your lips and the skin around them. Place one strip across your closed lips and press down to lock it in. Peel it off slowly in the morning.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free on every US order. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and arrive in 5–10 business days after they ship. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment it ships. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

What is your return policy?

30-day returns on unopened, unused boxes, counted from delivery. Opened strips can't be returned for hygiene reasons. Full details and how to start a return are on our Returns page.
