We stand behind Skullcrux. If it isn't right, here's exactly how returns work. No fine print games.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.

What can be returned

  • Only unopened, unused boxes are accepted.
  • Once a box is opened, we can't take it back. These strips go on your skin, so opened strips can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Return shipping is on you, unless your order is defective or wrong. In that case, we cover it.

How to start a return

  1. Email natetarter99@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We'll reply with return instructions.
  3. Send the unopened box back as directed.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, your refund goes to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Defective or wrong items

If your order shows up defective or isn't what you ordered, email natetarter99@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, and we cover the return shipping.

Subscriptions

Cancel your Subscribe & Save plan anytime before your next billing date and you won't be charged for the next box.
